This avocado cheese bread is a delicious low-carb option perfect for breakfast or lunch!

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend, mozzarella, cheddar)
- 1 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocado, egg, and cheese with a fork until well combined.
- To cook in the oven: Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide the mixture into 3 balls and place them on the pan. Flatten them into patties. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- To cook in the air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F. Line basket with parchment paper. Divide mixture into 3 balls and place them in the basket. Flatten them into patties. Air fry for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cook slightly and then serve. Enjoy the avocado bread alone or top it with your favorite breakfast or sandwich toppings.
