Ingredients

- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Return chicken to the skillet and let simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in yogurt before cooking.
- Serve with rice or bulgur for a complete meal.
