Delicious and creamy spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy wonton cups, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing them into the corners to create cups.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Fill each baked wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the filling is heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- For a lighter version, consider substituting Greek yogurt for sour cream and mayonnaise.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked right before serving.
