Delicious and creamy spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy wonton cups, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing them into the corners to create cups.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  6. Fill each baked wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  7. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the filling is heated through and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, consider substituting Greek yogurt for sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • These can be made ahead of time and baked right before serving.
