- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
