Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the sour cream until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Top with sliced strawberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
