A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole made with biscuits, gravy, and plenty of sausage.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can sausage gravy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned; drain the excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cooked sausage over the biscuits, followed by the egg mixture and topping with cheese.
- Spread the sausage gravy over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
- Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated overnight before baking.
