Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip. Perfect for appetizers or as a main dish!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While meatballs are baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl for the dip.
- Once cooked, serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.

Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the dip by varying the amount of sriracha.
