Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip. Perfect for appetizers or as a main dish!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While meatballs are baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl for the dip.
  6. Once cooked, serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
