Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apples, raisins, walnuts, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
