- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and almond flour until combined.
- Add baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Evenly spread mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
