- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups tortillas
- 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Warm tortillas and fill each with beef mixture and cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
