Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups tortillas
  • 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill each with beef mixture and cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
