For the Lemon-Herb Aioli: -
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss with shrimp and marinate 15–60 min.

Mix all aioli ingredients in a small bowl; chill.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread shrimp on skewers.
