- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Spread the remaining batter over the top, smoothing it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
