Description
A delicious and easy twist on traditional spinach dip served in bite-sized pinwheels.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or bell peppers to the filling.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
