Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped scallions.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan, cooking until edges are golden.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Slice and serve hot with dipping sauce.
