Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped scallions.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, cooking until edges are golden.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Slice and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a crispier pancake, add more oil while cooking.
- Can add other vegetables or seafood if desired.
