- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pot and shred it.
- Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce.
- Add the shredded chicken back into the pot and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
