Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, heavy cream, spaghetti, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
