Description

Delicious and creamy Crack Chicken Pinwheels are a perfect appetizer or snack for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, and black pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Tightly roll each tortilla and slice into pinwheels.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
