- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on each noodle, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using freshly chopped herbs.
- These rolls can be assembled in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
