- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steak pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the steak bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and chopped parsley. Once the steak is cooked, drizzle the garlic butter over the bites and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
